FOX 26 KRIV anchor Kaitlin Monte has had her second baby.
"World, meet Christopher," she tweeted. "He came out 8 pounds, 7 ounces, and all smiles."
Big sister Avalyn was born in January 2017.
Monte came to Houston in 2016 from New York City where she worked as traffic/fill-in anchor and feature reporter for PIX11 Morning News at WPIX. Before that she worked for “Today in New York: Trivia” on WNBC.
In August of 2017, Monte took over the evening desk chair after Melinda Spaulding announced she was leaving the TV news biz.
She was the second runner-up in the 2012 Miss America pageant.
