Lisa Vaughn, who is freelancing a meteorologist position for KHOU 11 while teaching at the University of Houston, can add one more item in her busy calendar...having a baby.
The former FOX 26 KRIV meteorologist announced the big news on channel 11 this morning.
Vaughn tells me she is four months along and is most terrified have having the baby at the peak of hurricane season!
Yes, the Gulf Coast hurricane season and Houston TV news is a troublesome twosome for a news staffer's personal life, that is for sure.
"By the way, my cat sleeps in the baby’s bassinet every night," Vaughn told me. "I guess I will have to get another one for the baby haha!"
