At WFAA 8, Kara Sewell praised God for her IVF treatments, allowing her to announce a baby due in March 2024. And the baby will be a girl.

Houston viewers will remember during her time at channel 2, Beausoleil was part of the KPRC baby boom of 2019. Maybe Dallas - Fort Worth TV is heading in that direction too? Turns out that Beausoleil and health reporter Haley Hernandez gave birth on the same day!
Beausoleil left H-Town for NBC 5 in 2020 and gave birth to a second baby boy in 2021.
