Sophia Beausoleil, now a reporter for NBC 5 DFW KXAS, welcomed her second baby boy.
Here is part of what Beausoleil posted on Facebook.
"Our newest addition to the family, Zayd, arrived into this world on Friday Sept. 10 at 10:02 AM.
His name in Arabic means to grow, prosper, abundance.
Last Friday also happened to be his grandfather’s (my husband’s dad) 60th bday. So, best gift ever!"
Big brother Zayn was born in 2019. The same day, as then co-worker Haley Hernandez, had her first son.
Both, at the time Houston reporters, were part of the great KPRC 2 baby boom of 2019. Those were simpler times, weren't they?
Beausoleil left KPRC 2 and Houston in January of 2020 to join NBC 5 KXAS.
She joined KPRC 2 in 2017 from KXAN Austin, previously working for WCIA Champaign, Illinois and KOMU8 Columbia, Missouri.
