Another Dr Pepper ICEE location is the Buc-ee's on Crabb River road just south of Hwy 59 near Greatwood. They have had since they opened about year and a half ago.

Dr Pepper Icees - half off from 11am to 4pm

I got a great tip yesterday concerning deals on Dr Pepper Icees. When I received notice of the deal via text, I was in a line at a Comcast store. Not even a DP Icee deal could get me out of that.

Get Dr Pepper and other Icees half off at the Valero on Bissonnet and Newcastle between 11am and 4pm. This is the location that kicked off my tracking program. Please let me know if this deal exists at other Valero locations.  Post the address or cross streets in the comments below.

Dr Pepper Icee location in Katy

I have not had a Dr Pepper Icee in a long time and that is a shame. In fact reports of Dr Pepper Icee locations stopped coming into the blog too. That's changed thanks to mikemcguff.com contributor Brian:

Just had a Dr Pepper Icee from the Valero off of I-10 at Westgreen and Park Row in Katy.

After the Houston Press mentioned my Dr Pepper Icee advocacy work, Sally wrote into the old blog and let me know about another location.

She says the Target at Eldridge and 1960 has the slushy brown stuff on tap.

Dr Pepper Icee location?

I think I have a new Dr Pepper Icee location.  It's at the Chevon at Beechnut and 610.  The drink is called a Dr. Freeze, but I'm sure it is practically the same thing if you don't have time to go somewhere else.

At the time I couldn't try it for verification purposes.  I just had lunch when I found the machine and couldn't pull off a big Dr. Freeze slurpy thingy.

This past weekend I saw that the Target in Meyerland has a Pepsi with cherry Icee machine.

Diamond Shamrock at Shepherd and Richmond. They also have a deal on where any size fountain drink up to 44oz. is 99 cents, and it includes Icees too! (Thanks Hallie)

Dr Pepper Icee alert

I told you how I was willing to drive out to Pearland for some Dr Pepper Icee goodness.  Good news, now I can save on gas money.

For all the years I have worked in West U, I never realized that the gas station at Bissonnet and Newcastle has an Icee machine.  And get this, they have both Coke and Dr Pepper!

Take that food blogs, I dare you to start writing this level of gourmet reviews.  I double dare you to cover Muddy Bears.
