I have not had a Dr Pepper Icee in a long time and that is a shame. In fact reports of Dr Pepper Icee locations stopped coming into the blog too. That's changed thanks to mikemcguff.com contributor Brian:

Just had a Dr Pepper Icee from the Valero off of I-10 at Westgreen and Park Row in Katy.
