If a Houston television news viewer happened to visit Long Island in New York, they might do a double take watching News 12.
Both longtime Houston anchor Katie McCall (KIAH, KTRK, KRIV) and former KHOU 11 meteorologist Addison Green work with the cable news channel and sometimes even work the shame shift!
"When I walked in for my audition, Addison was immediately welcoming and a total pro, and we quickly took a picture and sent it to Chita (Craft)," McCall told mikemcguff.com. "We realized quickly that we had all these wonderful friends in common and it's just been a blast working together here."
McCall recently started with the News 12 and Green has been there since he left channel 11 in 2021.
Both former Houston talents still love the Bayou City.
In fact, Green was just here last week seeing friends like KHOU's Brandi Smith, KPRC's Justin Stapleton and KHOU's Tim Pandajis.
