Remeisha Shade was announced as the new FOX 26 KRIV Houston as weekday meteorologist for the 5pm, 6pm, 9pm and 10pm newscasts back in June of 2022.
Now we learn tonight, September 19, 2022, is Shade's FOX 26 on-air debut date.
You've probably seen the channel 26 promos teasing Shade's arrival, and this morning, chief meteorologist Mike Iscovitz interviewed the new Houston TV meteorologist on his YouTube show (embedded above).
No stranger to Texas television weather, Shade has previously worked for NBC 5 DFW KXAS Dallas-Fort Worth and KBMT 12 Beaumont.
