KXAN Austin keeps getting the headlines here as it has debuted a new 4pm newscast with weekend anchor Jennifer Sanders as of July 5, 2022.
She also replaces Amanda Dugan on the KXAN News at Noon.
Sanders joined KXAN in 2020 as weekend anchor.

So, what does this mean for the KXAN weekday afternoon programming schedule lineup?
Jeopardy! (2 episodes) moves from the 4pm slot to 3pm slot.
Dr. Phil which originally aired at 3pm, moves to 2pm.
Rachael Ray leaves the 2pm slot, moving to sister-station KBVO 14.1 at 3pm, replacing 'The Doctors.'
