Tom Miller, a morning anchor at KXAN Austin, returned to the news desk from what I am hearing has been an absence since around November 2021.
Lots of Austin readers have been asking me about Miller's whereabouts in the last month.
Thursday, the MIA anchor tweeted that he would be back on air Friday morning.
In a follow up tweet Friday morning, Miller wrote, "Back home. Back with my news family."
KXAN morning meteorologist Kristen Currie, posted on Facebook:
"HE’S BACK!! HE’S BACK!! Help me welcome Tom Miller back to work! (He took a medical leave in CA but is back firing on all cylinders!)
So happy you’re here, T."
