Here is what Pandajis posted on Facebook about joining KHOU 11:
"I’ve got some news to share with you all- We are moving to Texas!
I have accepted a job at our sister station, KHOU in Houston, and will be joining their team at the end of June.
We can’t begin to express how special it has been to be a part of this community over the last 5 years. We were shown so much kindness and warmth here in Hampton Roads, and it’ll be an experience we’ll never forget. You all truly helped make this area our “Home.”
Martha and I, as well as our 3 pups, Bentley, Jackson, and Savannah, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this place so special. With family living in this area, we’ll be visiting often. And through the power of social media, we’ll never be very far and I hope to keep hearing from you all!
My last day at 13News Now will be Wednesday, June 16th."
Pandajis joined WVEC in September 2016, first as the weekday Daybreak and noon meteorologist, then as the noon and 4pm meteorologist.

Pandajis received a B.S., Meteorology from Western Connecticut State University in Danbury, Connecticut.
