Changes at 97.1 KEGL The Eagle in Dalls

FMQB reports that there are some changes coming to Dallas radio. Specifically the rock stations of 97.1 KEGL The Eagle and 102.1 The Edge KDGE:

Former KDGE PD Duane Doherty will program KZPS Lone Star, Patrick Davis on KHKS, and Rick O'Bryan on KDMX. Also effective Monday, January 7, Lex & Terry will simulcast on KDGE and KEGL for two days. Wednesday they will begin mornings on KEGL. A morning show search is now on for KDGE and night host Ayo is moved to middays. The Edge is also seeking a new night host. Over at the Eagle, KDGE APD/MD/middayer Chris Ryan will move to afternoons and become Assistant PD. Additional air talent at KEGL will be added in the near future.

As I predicted, Chris Ryan is moving back to 97.1 The Eagle. And you Lex and Terry fans need to move over to The Eagle too.

The site also reports that Vince Richards who was in charge of Rock 101 KLOL and 94.5 The Buzz KTBZ in Houston is moving to Dallas/Fort Worth to take over 97.1 The Eagle and 102.1 The Edge. Earlier I wondered if Vince Richards would take Rod Ryan from 94.5 The Buzz with him to Dallas.
