My guess is that CW39 Houston KIAH has been having problems forecasting its weather department's personnel schedule lately.
After all, as you first read here, all three of its meteorologists (morning news only) Carrigan Chauvin, Idolina Peralez and Adam Krueger have showered their two-week notices across the newsroom and left.
So, who is doing the weather now?
Well, sister station CW33 KDAF Dallas-Fort Worth lent meteorologist Jim Danner and a chroma key wall to handle Houston weather duties at one point.
This week, Channel 39 viewers alerted me to the return of Idolina Peralez! It looks like she stepped up for the team until they can hire more weather staff.
As Michael Corleone, portrayed by Al Pacino, memorably said in The Godfather Part III "Just when I thought I was out, they pull me back in!"
