KHOU 11 newsroom employees were surprised when comedians Cedric the Entertainer and Anthony Anderson crashed their daily editorial meeting this week.
Anchor Shern-Min Chow even got a shout-out from the pair!
The movie and TV star duo were at the channel 11 studios to be guests on Great Day Houston with Deborah Duncan. The pair have teamed up to launch new BBQ lifestyle brand AC Barbeque.
Back in the day, celebrities actually visited TV stations all the time. They toured the country promoting projects.
Then came satellite tours, where they sat in New York or Hollywood studios and talked to news anchors nationwide for an hour or so.
Now, there is Zoom.
