Justin Stapleton is the latest Houston TV newser dealing with a health issue, in his case it is pneumonia.
This week, I was getting questions about the whereabouts of Caroline Brown, but then those ended when she filled in for Stapleton.
Friday, I blogged about abc13 KTRK morning anchor Jacob Rascon recovering from surgery. Earlier in the week, KPRC 2 anchor Lisa Hernandez announced a surgery leave due to a leg issue.
That follows injuries a few months ago concerning abc13 KTRK reporter Miya Shay and KPRC 2 evening anchor Daniella Guzman.
