Cole Sullivan is joining WFAA 8 Dallas - Fort Worth from TEGNA sister station 9NEWS KUSA Denver where he is a reporter.
"I’m so excited to move to Dallas this month and join the team at [WFAA]," Sullivan tweeted. "I’ll be reporting across North Texas and, with any luck, wearing out a pair of cowboy boots."
Sullivan joined KUSA in June 2022.
He previously worked as an investigative reporter at TEGNA sister station WBIR 10 Knoxville, Tennessee.
The summa cum laude from the University of Southern California grad interned with NBC Los Angeles KNBC, NBC News and 11Alive WXIA Atlanta.
The same week, Megan Mitchell leaves WFAA after a year for her former station in Cincinnati.
Well the word’s officially out.
