William Johnson has joined CBS19 KYTX Tyler as co-anchor with Mariah Conduff on AM newscast 'Morning Y'all' from 5 to 7am and mid-days.
Johnson heads to East Texas from TEGNA sister station KAGS Bryan-College Station where he was a multi-skilled journalist (MSJ) and anchor.
Before that, he started working for KETK News Tyler at the age of 18.
Originally from the suburbs of Houston, Johnson moved to Tyler in 2012, so this job is a homecoming for him.
