"Now that the legal part is done, it’s time for the fun part," Battah posted. "Next stop...Punta Cana!"
She was joined in the Dominican Republic by new co-anchor Shannon Murray who was recently married.
Battah and now husband Kevin Fleck got engaged in 2021.
She joined KDFW in 2018.
