Christine Noël officially announced late Monday that she was leaving her afternoon anchor job with KPRC 2 Houston.
UPDATE: Noël signed off channel 2 November 10, 2022. She has said she is returning to Colorado.

This, after news broke here earlier in the day that Noël was leaving channel 2, morning anchor Lisa Hernandez was filling Noël's role and Sofia Ojeda was returning to the station after leaving in June 2022.
Noël signed on KPRC 2 in February 2019, but was actually hired in November 2018, after working for 9NEWS KUSA Denver as a morning anchor.
The Hope College grad previously worked for WCCB Charlotte and WZZM 13 Grand Rapids, Michigan.
