Erin Hunter has been promoted to the KLST San Angelo weekend anchor position in July 2022.
"Happy 1 year anniversary to me and I’m celebrating with a promotion," Hunter tweeted. "I am now officially KLST’s weekend anchor! I have evolved so much over the last year as a person, a journalist, and a believer! I can’t wait to see what the next year brings West Texas!"
Hunter joined KLST in July 2021 as a news reporter.
The University of Nebraska-Lincoln grad interned with KLKN 8 and 10/11 News KOLN/KGIN all of which are located in Lincoln, Nebraska.
