The Houston Chronicle is reporting that Harris County misdemeanor court judge Darrell William Jordan was arrested and charged with of official oppression Monday.
This after the judge had media consultant Wayne Dolcefino (former abc13 Undercover KTRK investigative reporter) detained and arrested back in June 2020.
Chronicle reporter John Wayne Ferguson writes that official oppression is a Class A misdemeanor and carries a possible punishment of one year in county jail and a fine of up to $4,000.
Dolcefino started Dolcefino Consulting after leaving abc13 KTRK in 2012.
