Former abc13 Undercover KTRK investigative reporter Wayne Dolcefino was held in contempt of court in Judge Darrell Jordan's Harris County Criminal Court at Law No. 16 at the end of June and now the above KPRC 2 report shows what led to the arrest:
Dolcefino recorded the video with a pen camera while pressing Harris County Criminal Court Judge Darrell Jordan for answers regarding legal documents Dolcefino requested from the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. He said he hadn’t received the documents.
Dolcefino now runs Dolcefino Consulting, a “wartime” media consulting firm.

Dolcefino Consulting has released a video saying the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals announced it would review the conviction and ordered the judge’s bond conditions removed.
