Bradey King joined KOAA News5 Colorado Springs, Colorado on June 7, 2022 as a sports anchor/reporter from FOX34 KJTV and KCBD 11 Lubbock.
Here is what King posted on social media.
"I recently accepted a sports reporter/anchor job at Channel 5 in Colorado where I’ll get to cover the pro teams I grew up watching.
I’m so excited for this next chapter in my career but leaving Lubbock will be tough… I truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to call home the past two years.
Thank you to every person that I had the opportunity to work with, get to know and learn from. Y’all welcomed this CO girl with open arms and turned her into a Red Raider fan for life. West Texas will FOREVER hold a special place in my heart."
King joined FOX34 News as a sports reporter/anchor in March 2020.
The Regis University grad also earned a master's degree in sports journalism from Arizona State University's Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. During that time, King was a broadcast journalist for the Cronkite News: Phoenix Sports Bureau.
While at Regus, King was a sports show host for KRCX Denver.
