Yahaira Hernández joined the Telemundo 60 San Antonio KVDA Noticias 60 “La Autoridad en El Tiempo” weather team as weekend weather anchor on April 30, 2022.
"It seems that I still have much more to grow in this state that opened the doors for me with so many opportunities and now with this challenge, for which I feel very grateful and I cannot wait to continue expanding my knowledge and with this responsibility that is to inform you," Hernández posted on Instagram. "Thank you for the trust you have given me by allowing me to enter your homes to inform you."

The Metropolitan State University of Denver grad earned a BA in Speech Communication with a concentration in broadcasting and digital media-motion media minor.
