Art Rascon spent his final day on abc13 KTRK (January 3, 2021) anchoring the 11am newscast with his son, Jacob Rascon, who had his first day with the ABC owned station.
Art announced he was leaving abc13 KTRK back in September 2021. That same day, Jacob Rascon was announced as a new abc13 anchor.
Jacob Rascon previously worked at KPRC 2 as a weekend morning anchor. Before that, he was an NBC News correspondent.
