SportsRadio 610, Houston’s Sports Leader, today announced a “Texans Takeover.” The station will have live and local programming 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for as long as the Texans are in the postseason.
“Coming off the most amazing Texans victory in franchise history, the city of Houston is buzzing,” said Armen Williams, Program Director, SportsRadio 610. “We’re proud to be able to feed their hunger for this franchise by talking Texans around the clock.”
SportsRadio 610 will continue to provide inside analysis on the Texans, along with NFL experts and former players. Listeners should also expect to hear about more exclusive special events to be announced this week on SportsRadio 610, leading up to Sunday’s divisional playoff game.
Following a dramatic overtime victory Saturday against the Bills at NRG Stadium, which included a 16-point comeback, the Texans have advanced to the divisional round of the postseason for the fourth time since their inception in 2002. The Texans will face the Chiefs in Kansas City on Sunday at 2:05 p.m. CST.
