Shelley Childers baby gender reveal
I'm late on this one, because it looks like when she posted the news, I was in Las Vegas interviewing Melissa Etheridge for my 101 KLOL documentary, but abc13 KTRK reporter Shelley Childers has announced baby number two!
FEBRUARY 2023
Childers held her daughter's gender reveal back in Houston while she was reporting for WXYZ Detroit. Click the link for the video.
She returned her hometown station of channel 13 to report at the beginning of 2018.
Before Detroit, Childers worked in South Texas at KRGV Weslaco as an anchor/reporter and KOSA in Odessa/Midland as an anchor/reporter.
Speaking of 13, morning traffic anchor Katherine Whaley has left our screens to prepare for her upcoming delivery.
