Jonathan Polasek joins KBTX 3 News Bryan-College Station and Karla Castillo as Brazos Valley This Morning co-anchor as of August 2025.
He apparently replaces Justin Dorsey on the morning news.
Polasek returns to Texas from News On 6 KOTV Tulsa, Oklahoma, where he was a multimedia journalist/fill-in anchor since August of 2022.
The award-winning journalist got his start reporting for NewsWest 9 KWES Midland-Odessa, eventually serving as weekend anchor/producer.
The Houston native and University of Texas at Austin grad (have fun in Aggieland) worked for Texas Student Television Sports as a student.
