Morning meteorologist Anthony YanezAnthony Yanez recently talked to Billingsley about his television weather career.

In the interview, Billingsley touches on such meteorological topics as:

- One of the most memorable hurricanes that Billingsley covered was Hurricane Ike in 2008 and how he later flew over the Bolivar Peninsula to survey the damage.

- Another memorable moment in his career was during Hurricane Harvey in 2017. Frank was the first one to warn people that Harvey would bring 50 inches of rain.
