Ari Alexander broke the bad news Wednesday night that he is injured.
"Got a little ambitious at the gym, and ended up breaking my elbow.
4-6 weeks recovery, hopefully I can magically throw 95 with my left after this."
The KPRC 2 sports anchor/reporter is not the only Houston TV figure to have suffered from broken bones.
Colleague Daniella Guzman and ABC13 competitor Miya Shay both suffered from broken legs in the last year, too.

Alexander joined KPRC 2 from KVOA Tucson, Arizona in 2019. He was married in April 2022 and got his Paul Wall Gameday Grillz last year.
