Cordell Patrick, a former ESPN and KSAT 12 San Antonio sportscaster, miraculously survived after being ejected from an RV on a busy Southern California freeway.
"For those of you who don't believe in a higher power -- like Leo [Stallworth] said, I'm a testimony," Patrick told abc7 KABC Los Angeles reporter Leo Stallworth. "You need to pay attention. All of us need to change our lives in some way or another. I'm getting ready to start mine now."
KSAT posted that the Texas State University grad worked for the station in the early 1990s before working for ESPN. He also worked for KSHB 41 Kansas City according to his Twitter bio.
