Audacy Houston raised over $284,000 for Texas Children’s Hospital during Mega 101 FM’s (KLOL-FM) twelfth annual Mega Radiothon. Texas Children’s Hospital is a nonprofit dedicated to creating a healthier future for children and women by leading in patient care, education and research.
“We are fortunate to have so many loyal listeners,” said Tony Luna, Brand Manager, Mega 101. “Our city of Houston has overflowed with generosity, sharing its blessings with those who need it and becoming creators of hope for our children at Texas Children’s Hospital.”
The Mega Radiothon aired on December 7 and 8 from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT. Broadcasted content featured stories of optimism, kindness and care from hospital staff and patients.
