Alanna Sarabia left KENS 5 San Antonio last week and the television news business.
In Jeremy Baker's goodbye post to Sarabia, it's revealed that she's joining her alma mater Texas State University. On the university's website, Sarabia is already listed as "Director of Corporate Engagement."
Sarabia returned to San Antonio at KENS 5 in 2021 as evening traffic anchor after leaving the co-host role for "Good Morning Texas" at WFAA 8 Dallas-Fort Worth.
Upon returning to the Alamo City, Sarabia got married and eventually gave birth to a daughter.
Before heading to the Metroplex, Sarabia hosted News 4 SA WOAI's 'San Antonio Living' from 2013 to 2016.
