Case in point, the KHOU 11 morning team made a "friendly wager" with TEGNA sister station WFAA 8. Jennifer Reyna scored a homerun when she pointed out that both DFW anchors, Kara Sewell and Tashara Parker, are from Houston!
The real winner is FOX, which is airing the game on its network and owned television stations in Houston and DFW. Then FOX gets to cover it on its owned stations newscasts in both markets.
