Adam Bradshaw, KFDX ND Wichita Falls, has died

Adam P. Bradshaw, 62, the news director for KFDX 3 and Texoma's FOX KJTL Wichita Falls, has died the Nexstar Media Group stations announced. No cause of death was given.

"Losing our News Director over the weekend has been so hard," tweeted KFDX Anchor/Reporter Markeshia Jackson.  "Adam took a chance on so many of us young journalists trying to find our way in this industry. He’ll be greatly missed."

Bradshaw joined the Nexstar duopoly television stations in Spring 2018.

Here is a message posted on the KFDZ and KJTL website:

"The Pride that Adam exemplified toward our tradition of excellence, both on-air and online, will forever be an inspiration to all of us. He loved the news business and was always available to share his wealth of information with a new generation of journalists."

Looking through my archives, I found a touching statement from Bradshaw concerning the death of his station's weekend anchor Shatanya Clarke.
