Brandon Todd has been promoted to co-anchor of FOX 4 KDFW's “Good Day,” announced station Senior Vice President and General Manager, Kathy Saunders.

Effective August 29th, he will anchor the Dallas-Fort Worth morning newscast from 6am to 10am alongside Lauren Przybyl, Evan Andrews, Chip Waggoner and Hanna Battah.
“Brandon is the perfect choice to continue what Tim Ryan has accomplished over his many years anchoring ‘Good Day,’" Saunders said in a release. "Our viewers are comfortable with Brandon and, while he has had the opportunity to learn from the master, he will bring his own style and perspective to the ‘Good Day’ anchor desk.”
“I've grown to love mornings over my past 24 years here at FOX 4," Todd added. "I loved returning to ‘Good Day’ after years of nightside coverage, and now expanding that role to lead our morning coverage. I'm truly blessed and honored our viewers have trusted me with this responsibility.”
Brandon Todd has been with FOX 4 Dallas for 24 years. He spent the first 15 years as a nightside reporter, then in 2019 was promoted to anchor of “Good Day” from 4am to 6am and would report for the remainder of the morning show.
Prior to joining the station, Todd served as a reporter for Fox 4 News WFTX Cape Coral, Florida. He was also a producer at NBC 2 News WBBH Fort Myers FL, and a reporter at the Suncoast News Network (SNN) Sarasota FL.
A graduate of Ball State University, Todd holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications.
