Dan Delgado is the new news director of KXXV Waco-Temple-Killeen and KRHD Bryan starting June 20, 2022.

“I’m very excited to return to Texas and to join the team at KXXV/KRHD and Scripps,” Delgado said on the KXXV website. "It is a new chapter in my career that will present new challenges. I welcome those challenges and look forward to working with the team to meet them, head-on.”
Delgado takes the role Sylvia Villarreal left in December 2021. Villarreal is now the KVUE Austin morning executive producer.
Delgado comes from KCAU 9 Sioux City, Iowa where he has been since June 2018.
Texas television viewers might remember his time as a news anchor for News 9 San Antonio (2004), KTNV 13 Action News Las Vegas (1994 to 2001) and KIII 3 Corpus Christi (1989 to 1994).
