Kristin Walla just celebrated her first weather broadcast ever at KIII 3 Corpus Christi in early January 2022.
That's a way to start of the New Year.
"A huge thank you to anyone and everyone who has helped me get to where I am today," Walla tweeted. "I have an incredible support system."
Walla is the new KIII weekend meteorologist after Joe DeCarlo left and later joined News 4 San Antonio WOAI.
The Texas A&M University Meteorology Bachelor of Science grad interned at KBTX Bryan/College Station and KXAN Austin.
