Linda Lorelle has been raising money for her scholarship fund for years. Back in 1994, the then KPRC 2 anchor awarded a $2,500 college scholarship to student Shawna Thomas.
Fast forward to today, now Thomas is the executive producer for CBS News' "CBS Mornings."
