Beginning on January 13, she will host the morning show alongside Sarah Pepper and Geoff Sheen, weekdays from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. CT.

“We are excited to have Jessie join our team here at Mix 96.5,” said Sarah Frazier, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Entercom Houston. “I’ve admired her work at our sister station 99.5 WYCD from afar and know she will be a true asset to our station. “I am beyond thrilled to be joining Entercom Houston’s incredibly accomplished Mix 96.5 team,” said Jessie Watt. “I feel lucky to be able to spend my mornings working and laughing with the fiercely talented Sarah Pepper and Geoff Sheen and am extremely excited for the opportunity to work under Sarah Frazier and Chase Murphy [Program Director, Entercom Houston]. I want to send a big thank you to Tim Roberts [Program Director, Entercom Detroit] for his continued mentorship and support. ‘The Morning Mix’ features unmatched talent and wit and I am honored to become a member of the family.”

Prior to this role, Jessie Watt was a morning show producer and on-air personality for “Chuck, Rachael and Grunwald in the Morning” at sister station 99.5 WYCD (WYCD-FM) in Detroit. She joined Entercom in 2017 as a promotions coordinator and was previously a board operator.
