Roxann Fisher joins Newscenter 25 KAVU Victoria as news director.
"I’m truly humbled by the opportunity granted to me by Morgan Murphy Media," Fisher told mikemcguff.com. "It’s a extremely exciting opportunity to help develop the next generation of journalists."
Since 2015, Fisher has run Southern Media Public Relations, but is no stranger to the television news world around Texas.
She has worked for such stations as KENS 5 San Antonio, Univision 45 KXLN, News 24 Houston, KPRC 2 and FOX 26 KRIV.
Her first day on the job will be Monday, August 26th.
