“We are proud to partner with Rebuilding Together Houston and to be a part of the long-term recovery effort for our fellow Houstonians,” said Sarah Frazier, Senior Vice President and Market Manager, Entercom Houston. “Radio is a community connector, and with our reach of over three million Houstonians weekly, we believe we can make a huge impact in helping to rebuild our community.”
“Hurricane Harvey devastated families across the greater Houston area, the recovery here will take years,” said Christine Holland, CEO and Executive Director, Rebuilding Together Houston. “We’re very thankful for the partnership with Entercom – together we will help tie Houstonians back to the need across the city one year after Harvey and give Houston citizens and businesses the opportunity to join us and help.”
On Friday, August 24 and Saturday, August 25, Entercom Houston employees and their families will volunteer in a two-day rebuilding project of five homes in Independence Heights, a suburb of Houston.
Rebuilding Together Houston supports disaster recovery by working with partner organizations and volunteer teams to repair the homes of those in need throughout Harris County.
