Jack Acosta |
Acosta will be well known to Houston media types as the previous KHOU assistant news director, WABC New York producer and KTRK abc13 producer.
Jeanne Jakle of the San Antonio Express-News writes that Acosta has been shaking up things for the better at his new gig at the once top rated KENS:

Jakle notes that Acosta is allegedly "the first Hispanic to take the news reins at an English-language station." Honestly, I would have thought that would have already happened in the Alamo City.
