Susan O’Donnell lands at 89.5 KVNE Tyler after 89.3 KSBJ

Susan O’Donnell joins KVNE/KGLY as Assistant Program Director/Mid-Day Host

Almost a year ago, 89.3 KSBJ morning show host and station program director Susan O’Donnell left the Houston station with little explanation. It ended up becoming my number four highest trafficked post of 2013.

I just got tipped off that O’Donnell just started a new gig at 89.5 KVNE in Tyler, TX.

Here is more from the station:

Encouragement FM is excited to announce the addition of Susan O’Donnell to the

Susan O’Donnell
KVNE/KGLY team as our new Assistant Program Director / Mid-Day Host.

Susan O’Donnell is one of the most successful radio personalities in the Christian Community. We are proud to welcome her to the East Texas community.

Susan O’Donnell comes to us from the Houston area and brings over 29 years of radio ministry experience. Susan was the Morning Show Host for over 15 years at one of the largest Contemporary Christian music radio stations in the country for over 15 years. “Susan has a gift and a passion for encouraging people through Christian radio. You will definitely be encouraged listening to Susan,” per Mike Harper 89.5 KVNE Station Manager and Morning Show Host.

Middays with Susan O’Donnell will launch LIVE on Wednesday, January 29th and will run from 10:00am to 3:00pm Monday-Friday on 89.5 KVNE, kvne.com or TuneIn radio app.

For over 30 years, 89.5 KVNE and 91.3 KGLY have served East Texas with commercial-free, encouraging and uplifting music 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 89.5 KVNE was recently honored by the Christian Music Broadcasters and National Religious Broadcasters as the best Christian station in America.

UPDATE
KSBJ tweeted me that some of its staffer ran into O’Donnell recently at the Momentum Conference.
