When I was in LA, I noticed that many of the billboards are digital now. That means one billboard can carry constantly changing ads. The technology is good enough that the message isn't lost in the bright sun too. READ MORE
I'm sure we will see these soon in Houston since there is always the fight about the large number of billboards that are already up in the city.
