Carey's bosses at Fox encourage his blogging. And when the station finally established its Web site in September 2006, they turned to Carey for help."As far as an Internet Web presence goes, we were the last to the party," general manager D'Artagnan Bebel said. "And Isiah's blog had been in existence for a year already. Because he'd already been doing it, because he had the experience curve, we were trying to mine his experiences to help us build a presence online."
I guess he gets to blog at work. Must be nice.
I have noticed The Insite changing gears. It's now less edgy and almost has a small town newspaper feel. That's good. He's covering news the big boys aren't. With the numbers he's getting, pretty soon he won't even need the TV station anymore.
