As I blogged about yesterday, Johnathan Walton is leaving KHOU channel 11. So I decided to see if the station had killed his blog yet. They have not.
I was surprised to find a highlight reel of a Channel 11 news broadcast from 1991. Steve Smith and Claire Casademont were anchoring. Dr. Neil Frank probably had just started a few years before and Giff looked like a young boy in the open. Sylvan Rodriguez teased the 6pm show. If you watch the credits, the show producer was none other than current morning anchor, Ron Trevino.
