Lexie Walker joined NBC 23 Valley Storm Team at KVEO Rio Grande Valley as the Morning Meteorologist in December 2024.
You can catch her weekdays on the 5-7 a.m. and 11 a.m.-noon newscasts.
Walker arrives in the RGV after serving at 7News KSWO Lawton, Oklahoma, where she joined the First Alert Weather Team in July 2019.
In January 2023, the Lyndon State College graduate was promoted to Chief Meteorologist at KSWO, becoming the only female chief meteorologist in Oklahoma at the time. She later transitioned to mornings in November 2023.
