Most people love sports or have a particular hobby they really like. What do I get off on? New TV news sets and graphics packages.
No wonder my wife has been telling me I need to talk to someone.
My latest thing to get excited about is KHOU 11's new set addition. And it's a whopper!
The TEGNA owned station debuted a new, state of the art, giant screen on Election Night. KHOU 11 tells me this sucker is 12 feet wide and nine feet tall.
The video wall is capable of displaying video in beautiful 4K resolution. Think of your High-Def TV on steroids. That's why 4K is also referred to as Ultra HD.
The station plans to incorporate the screen in multiple ways during news and weather segments.
