Word on the street is that Brian Collister, the successor to KTRK 13 Undercover's Wayne Dolcefino, is leaving the Houston ABC owned station after a year at the gig.

In fact, word has apparently reached Collister's old stomping grounds of San Antonio based on the above tweet. Collister worked as WOAI's longtime investigative reporter before coming to Houston.

According to his bio, Collister, who grew up in The Woodlands, has specialized in investigative reporting for most of his career since graduating from Sam Houston State University with a degree in broadcast journalism. It goes on to say he worked in Bryan and Austin. A web search reveals his Austin stop was Fox 7 KTBC.

No word on Collister's next move. Stay tuned.

As for Dolcefino, he is now running Dolcefino Consulting. In full disclosure, I designed and built the Dolcefino Consulting website.
